Student Drop Off

PARCELLS SAFE VISITOR PARKING AND STUDENT DROP OFF/PICKUP PROCEDURES

We have one visitor parking entrance and two student entrances to our building. With
over 700 students and staff coming and going in our building every day, it is very
important that everyone follows the safety protocol for students during drop off and pick
up and while visiting our school.

Students may enter the building

Monday 8:50- All Students
Tuesday - Friday 7:45 - Student Basketball
8:00 - All other students

Drop Off and Pick Up

Our administrative team continues to work diligently to ensure the safety of all students and staff during arrival and dismissal. To help maintain a safe and efficient traffic flow, please review and follow the reminders below.

All Locations

• Students should not wait in cars. Once you enter the student drop-off lane, please drop off your child as soon as it is safe to do so.
• Help keep traffic moving by being patient and driving safely. Please do not tailgate, pass other vehicles, or speed.

Sunningdale Student Drop-Off

• Students should not walk through the parking lot to enter or leave the building.
• To support safe traffic flow and prevent students from walking into oncoming traffic, the staff parking area will be blocked off during drop-off and dismissal.
• During drop-off and dismissal, there is no left turn onto Sunningdale. Right turn only.
• Please remain in the designated drop-off lane. Do not use aisleways as shortcuts.

Vernier Main Entrance Lot

• Students should not be dropped off or picked up in this lot, with the exception of students receiving busing or approved accommodations.
• This lot is reserved for main office visitors and library staff.
